We audited both businesses, mapped every pain point, and delivered a 5-phase automation roadmap with a custom Xero + n8n + Airtable integration stack built around how their teams actually work.

SPKR -- a speaker management portal saving event managers hundreds of hours per event
Event managers were drowning in email threads, chasing speakers for presentations, tracking submissions in spreadsheets, and building schedules manually. We designed and built SPKR -- a full SaaS platform with CFP management, a self-service speaker portal, drag-and-drop schedule building, digital contract signing, and bulk presentation download with change detection. Built on React, Supabase, and Vercel with multi-event and multi-tenant architecture.

Purpose-built CRM replacing an oversized system that never fit the way the business worked
A growing vehicle modification company had tried every major CRM on the market and found the same problem each time -- systems built for someone else, packed with features they didn't need, and missing the ones they did. Their mobile sales team were on the road constantly, logging nothing because the tools were too cumbersome to use in the field. We built a CRM from the ground up around their actual sales behaviour and operations: mobile-first with voice-to-text note capture for the road, sales planning and pipeline visibility for management, and workflows modelled on how their business actually runs -- not how a generic platform assumed it should.
